During my 90-minute train commute, I dedicated time to a passion project that began as a Paul Bunyan–inspired show print for Wilco and evolved into a full series celebrating folk heroes—The Heroes of Folk Letterpress Card Series. The project was selected by the Communication Arts jury for inclusion in Illustration Annual 52 and was printed by Paper Meets Press.
